LEC was established in 2023 by Joey Tilghman, an entrepreneur from New Orleans, LA that decided it was time for change and moved his family to a town just outside of Richmond, VA called Chesterfield. Having a knack for business and being tech savvy Joey decided to start Laser Edge Creations. As the business continues to grow so will the services provided.
